Roy's Story
This is Roy's story as told by Roy himself. It's the story of one man's experience as an ACOA growing up in a dysfunctional family. It's as inspiring as it is courageous.
Roy shares his difficulties and pain without judging or blaming. Just matter of fact sharing in the hopes that it may help other Adult Children Of Alcoholics.
I don't know if Roy will ever read this but I want to thank him for his powerful share and for posting this video.

Wow! Roy surely touched my heart. It is so wonderful that we have found ACA. Along with that finding comes the tools and eventually the reality. The reality that we do not have to live as we did. We can let go and learn what is normal and with GOD's sweet help we can grow up gently and knowing we are loved. It is also a matter of learning that we are sinning against ourselves by letting our hurtful thinking continue. We are stunting our lives. GOD grant you all the ability to see the truth, it will set you free. GOD loves you and wants the best for you!
Hugs,
D.C.
